Reviews should be tied to a genuine learner lesson experience.
Review Policy
How learner reviews should be handled fairly
This page explains how student and parent reviews should be handled for Driving School Liverpool Centre, including fairness, relevance, timing, reporting and review removal requests.
Feedback should not be shaped by coercion, threats or promised rewards.
Older reviews may be removed if they no longer reflect a current experience.
Reviews that break the policy can be reported for review.
Policy overview
Reviews help learners choose well only when the feedback is genuine.
Reviews can help new learners and parents decide whether a driving school feels safe, calm, organised and suitable for their needs. They can also help an instructor understand what is working well and what still needs attention.
That only works if the feedback is genuine. A review policy is there to protect trust, keep review content useful and reduce the risk of fake, manipulated or retaliatory feedback.
- Reviews should reflect real learner experiences.
- Review content should help other learners make an informed decision.
- Reviews that are misleading, abusive or manipulated can be challenged.
Fair feedback
Reviews should be unbiased and free from pressure
Learners, parents and instructors should not try to pressure another person into leaving a certain kind of review. That includes threats, intimidation, pressure, promised compensation or attempts to trade a review for some other benefit.
No rewards for praise
Reviews should not be given or withheld in exchange for a discount, refund, gift or any other benefit.
No threats for criticism
No one should be threatened with consequences for leaving honest negative feedback about a real lesson experience.
No fake activity
Fake bookings, second accounts or coordinated attempts to manipulate the review system should not be used.
Relevant review content
Reviews should describe the real lesson experience
A useful review should talk about the learner's actual experience with the instructor or lesson. It should help another learner or parent understand what the lesson felt like, how the instruction was delivered and whether the feedback was helpful.
Reviews should also stay lawful and respectful. Explicit, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent or illegal content should not appear in review content.
- Relevant reviews focus on the actual lesson experience.
- Helpful details can include communication, calmness, punctuality and teaching clarity.
- Explicit, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent or illegal content should not be posted.
Review timing
Very old reviews may be removed if they no longer reflect a current experience
To keep published feedback accurate and relevant, reviews may be removed if they are submitted more than 6 months after the customer's last use of the service. A long gap can make the feedback less useful because it may no longer reflect the current booking experience or teaching setup.
Reporting and removal
Reviews that break the policy can be reported, and your own review can be reviewed for removal or amendment
If a review appears to break this policy, it can be reported for review. If you wrote a published review and want it removed or amended, you can also contact the Liverpool branch directly and explain what needs to change.
A report does not guarantee automatic removal. The review still needs to be checked against the policy, the lesson history and the context in which the feedback was posted.
- Report reviews that appear fake, abusive or policy-breaking.
- Ask for amendment or removal if you wrote the review yourself.
- Each request should be reviewed against the actual lesson context.
